Tool Insurance Waiver

I hereby sign below accepting and understanding that I am not covered for any loss or damage of/to my own personal tools by Igloo or GEFCO under their insurance policies.

I am also signing on the understanding that I have chosen to not take out my own private tool insurance policy and I am leaving my tools at my workstation on the GEFCO, site at my own risk.

Data Protection: This information will be processed lawfully, in accordance with out Data Protection Policy.

In order to fulfil our contractual and/or legal obligations to you, there may be a requirement to share some of this information with third parties, such as Customer's whilst you are undertaking an assignment on their premises.

This document will be kept on your personal file (hard copy and/or electronic) for the duration of your employment. We will retain your personal file for a period of 7 years after your employment has ended (or in line with current legislation at that time). Please refer to the Company's Data Protection Policy for more information relating to how the Company processes your personal data and your rights.
