Agencies Return to Work Form

This form is to be completed prior to the return to site of any agency worker. The agency should complete this with their worker prior to return and share a copy with BCA Fleet Solutions if requested. Any information will be processed in accordance with BCA’s Data Protection Policy.

I hereby agree that in consideration of any rectifications that are required as a result of work carried out incorrectly or not to standard by me, during the time I am engaged with Igloo, who is the Employment Business, whilst undertaking work on the LeasePlan project for their client, GEFCO, that I will be fully responsible for either completing the rework in my own time without any payment, this is where a vehicle has failed a QC inspection at GEFCO’s premises.

Should a fault be found and a rectification required once the vehicle has been delivered to GEFCO’s customer and should this fault have been caused due to the work carried out by me and to the correct standards then I agree to make a payment of £75 per vehicle, and I will pay all costs incurred within a period of 3 days of notification or out of my next payment.

I now give my express written consent to the Employment Business to deduct any such monies due under this agreement from any earnings due to me in accordance with the legislation currently in force (Part II of the Employment Rights Act 1996). Where such deductions have reduced to nil the sums otherwise owing to me and a balance remains outstanding, I understand that I will repay the balance immediately to the Employment Business.
