Purpose of Data Sharing
As part of our commitment to ensuring that workers who drive in connection with their role hold a valid driving licence and appropriate driving entitlements, we use the services of Safe2Drive Solutions Ltd, an independent driving licence verification provider.
To enable Safe2Drive to contact you and complete the driving licence verification onboarding process, we may share the following personal information:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Email address
- Driving licence information that you subsequently provide
Safe2Drive will use this information solely for the purpose of driving licence verification and associated compliance activities.
Worker Declaration
I acknowledge that:
- I have been informed that Igloo uses Safe2Drive Solutions Ltd to administer driving licence verification checks.
- I understand that my personal information, including my name, date of birth and email address, may be shared with Safe2Drive Solutions Ltd for the purpose of initiating and administering the driving licence checking process.
- I understand that I will be contacted directly by Safe2Drive Solutions Ltd and will be required to provide any further authorisation required to enable DVLA licence checks to be completed.
- I understand that driving licence information obtained through this process will be used only for assessing my entitlement to drive in connection with my work and for compliance, insurance and road safety purposes.
- I understand that my personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Company’s Data Protection Policy.
