This agreement confirms that Arctics Ltd t/a Igloo (“the Agency”) has the Right to Represent the above-named candidate (“the Candidate”) for the specified position with the stated client company.
By signing this agreement, the Candidate authorises the Agency to share their CV, personal details, and relevant information with the Client for the purpose of recruitment consideration.
- Candidate Declaration
The Candidate confirms that:
- They have been provided with sufficient information about the position and the client company.
- They have not previously been submitted or represented to this client for the same position by any other agency or directly.
