Onsite Recruitment Consultant

We are currently seeking dynamic recruiters for positions in the North-West region. We welcome applications from candidates with varying levels of experience, from Trainee Recruitment Consultants right the way through to Recruitment Managers.

 

Role Overview

You will be based on-site at our client’s premises, managing a logistics workforce. Your key responsibilities include:

Sourcing Candidates:

• • Warehouse operatives.
  • MHE operators.
  • Administrators.
  • Utilising various online platforms, such as job boards and social media, to source candidates.
  • Conducting face-to-face interviews to validate experience and qualifications.
  • Ensuring candidates possess the correct documentation for their positions and to work in the UK.

Client and Worker Relations:

• • Maintaining daily communication and conducting regular review meetings with clients.
  • Holding performance meetings with workers.

Salary:

• Up to £55,000 per annum OTE. Negotiable depending on experience.
• Enhanced pension scheme.
