You have the right to opt in to The People’s Pension if:

1. You’re aged between 16 and under age 75
2. You earn more than £6136 per annum (which is equal to £512 per month or £118 per week)
3. But, earn below £10,000 per annum (which is equal to £833 per month or £192 per week)

Or

1. You’re aged between 16 and under age 22, or between State Pension age and under 75
2. You earn above £10,000 per annum (which is equal to £833 per month or £192 per week)
