Yard Operative

Igloo are looking for dedicated Yard Operatives to join our client's dynamic team in Rugby. Our client is the UK's fastest-growing, independently owned used car supermarket, committed to providing exceptional service to customers nationwide.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Move vehicles inbound and outbound of the prep centre.
• Ensure a continuous flow of vehicles to each area of the on-site process.
• Safely handle vehicle movements following on-site regulations.
• Exhibit problem-solving skills and embrace teamwork.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Present yourself confidently and professionally when communicating with main dealerships during vehicle drop-offs and collections.

What kind of person are we looking for?

• Possession of a full category B driving license with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
• A passion for thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a professional work ethic.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Comfort in a physically demanding role, including carrying items and parts, prolonged periods of standing and walking.
