Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy automotive logistics operation in Daventry. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with one of the UK's leading logistics businesses, working within a modern warehouse environment.

The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring products are received, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

The Role:

As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing orders using handheld scanners
• Labelling products and preparing items for dispatch
• Loading and unloading deliveries where required
• Carrying out general warehouse duties to support daily operations
• Moving stock safely around the warehouse
• Maintaining accurate stock records using internal systems
• Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
• Undertaking any other reasonable duties as requested by the warehouse management team

The Person:

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
• Comfortable lifting items of up to 20kg
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using handheld scanners or willing to learn
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
