We are looking for Vehicle Inspectors to join a busy automotive operation in Sheerness. This is a varied role combining vehicle inspections with driving duties, offering a great opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided.
The Role:
As a Vehicle Inspector, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out vehicle inspections to identify any damage or issues
- Recording and reporting any findings accurately
- Supporting with the movement of vehicles, including driving to dealerships and MOT centres
- Assisting in other areas of the operation during quieter periods, such as parts or yard duties
- Maintaining high standards of quality and customer service at all times
The Person:
- Previous vehicle inspection experience is desirable but not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points for minor offences)
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
- Reliable, with a positive attitude to work
- Comfortable working in a varied role and supporting different departments when required
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
