Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5pm & 1 in 3 Saturday's (Paid as overtime)

We are recruiting for a sales and customer service advisor to work for a well established company in Hinckley, Leicestershire. Unlike other sales offices they are not a large call centre making cold calls, all calls are inbound and from customers that are interested in the product.

You will be part of a friendly team working in a modern, open plan office, downstairs is a newly refurbished showroom.

The Role:

  • Responding to leads and inbound calls (don't worry - there's no cold calling!).
  • Establishing the customer needs and delivering A* Service.
  • Dealing with our showroom and live chat customers.
  • Working towards financial sales targets and weekly KPI’s.

What kind of person we are looking for?:

  • Be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a sales or customer service environment.
  • You will need excellent communication skills.
  • Have a professional and positive attitude.
  • Be committed to achieving personal and team goals.
  • Be confident of working on various IT software packages.
