Level 2 Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Level 2 Vehicle Technician to join our client's team in Newcastle. In this role, you will work on a variety of vehicle makes and models, ensuring high standards of mechanical repairs, servicing and maintenance.

The Role:

Within the Level 2 Vehicle Technician role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Carrying out general mechanical repairs in line with approved methods and processes.
• Performing servicing and routine vehicle health checks.
• Undertaking MOT repair work.
• Conducting tyre changes.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard on the first attempt.

The Person:

• Must hold a Level 2 Vehicle Technician qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds or IMI).
• Proven previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic.
• Full UK Driving Licence, with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
