Forklift Driver

We are currently recruiting for experienced Forklift Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation in Daventry. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work within a professional warehouse environment.

We are accepting applications from candidates with either Reach or Counterbalance forklift experience.

The Role:

As a Forklift Driver, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating a Reach or Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Moving and positioning stock around the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading goods where required.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties.
• Ensuring all goods are handled safely and accurately.
• Following site health and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

The Person:

• Valid Reach or Counterbalance forklift licence/certificate.
• Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
• Good awareness of health and safety procedures.
• Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance.
• Physically fit and comfortable working within a busy warehouse.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
