Driver

We are currently recruiting for a Driver to join a busy automotive operation in Tipton. This is a part-time driving role focused primarily on delivering and collecting vehicles between two local sites in the DY4 and B66 areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely moving vehicles between locations, ensuring vehicles are delivered on time and handled professionally throughout each journey.

The Role:

As a Driver, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering and collecting vehicles between two local sites in the DY4 and B66 areas.
• Ensuring vehicles are transported safely and efficiently between locations.
• Carrying out basic vehicle checks before and after each journey.
• Checking vehicles for any visible damage and reporting issues where required.
• Completing any required vehicle movement paperwork or documentation.
• Moving vehicles around site, including parking vehicles in designated bays and workshops, when required.
• Driving a range of vehicle makes and models, including manual and automatic vehicles.
• Working outdoors when carrying out vehicle movements around site.
• Following all site health and safety procedures at all times.

The Person:

• Full UK Driving Licence, no more than 6 points for minor offences.
• Confident driving a range of vehicle makes and models.
• Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Good attention to detail when handling vehicles.
• Previous professional driving or compound experience is desirable.
