Igloo has a fantastic opportunity for a receptionist in London. The role offers the right candidate an excellent opportunity to work within one of the UK’s leading automotive companies who have operations across the country.
The Role:
As a receptionist, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Liaising with customers and insurance companies via phone and in person
- Arranging non-fault hire vehicles
- Booking vehicles in for repair and updating customers on repair status
- Arranging courtesy vehicles and checking them in/out with customers
- Reporting and logging any courtesy car damage
- Arranging the collection and delivery of vehicles
- Organising transporter drivers daily work schedule
- Booking estimates
- Loading T-Card board to regulate work flow
- Updating online insurance systems
- Updating communication log on management system
What kind of person we are looking for?:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team player
