Igloo has a fantastic opportunity for a receptionist in London. The role offers the right candidate an excellent opportunity to work within one of the UK’s leading automotive companies who have operations across the country.

The Role:

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Liaising with customers and insurance companies via phone and in person
  • Arranging non-fault hire vehicles
  • Booking vehicles in for repair and updating customers on repair status
  • Arranging courtesy vehicles and checking them in/out with customers
  • Reporting and logging any courtesy car damage
  • Arranging the collection and delivery of vehicles
  • Organising transporter drivers daily work schedule
  • Booking estimates
  • Loading T-Card board to regulate work flow
  • Updating online insurance systems
  • Updating communication log on management system

What kind of person we are looking for?:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team player
