Account Coordinator

37.50 hours per week

Igloo have a fantastic opportunity for an account coordinator to join an already established team in the Banbury area, the role offers the successful candidate an excellent opportunity to work within a well established and successful company, where they are passionate to deliver the best customer experience every time.
This is a 12 week temp to perm position.

The Role:

Within this job role there will be a variety of administration tasks in which you will need to carry out.

The role will involve, but not be limited to the below:

  • Raising bookings and answering calls.
  • Managing mail inboxes on behalf of clients.
  • Liaising with the operational teams by all methods of communication.
  • Attending monthly reviews.
  • Running daily reports.
  • Managing customer queries, issues, and complaints.

What kind of person we are looking for?:

  • The right candidate will need to be able to demonstrate experience in a similar job role.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 point for minor offences.
  • Although we are looking for candidates who are happy to work in a team also need to be able to work under your own initiative.
