Igloo have an excellent opportunity for an administrator to work within the Sandtoft area close to Doncaster. This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work within one of the leading automotive companies within the UK, Igloo recruit for many roles on the behalf of this client across the UK.

The Role:

The administrator role will involve undertaking the below tasks:

  • Processing customers’ orders.
  • Providing customers with an update on their orders and notifying them of any technical issues that may arise.
  • Review deliveries on required dates and look for potential issues.
  • Manage any customer queries.
  • Ensure all manual and electronic filing is kept up to date and in line with company standards.



What kind of person we are looking for?:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and experienced administrator that can hit the ground running and wants to work within a busy role.

Some key qualities for this role are listed below:

  • Confident of working with computer systems and a knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent customer service skills, time management and attention to detail.
  • A fast leaner that is able to prioritise tasks throughout the working day.
  • Must be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team player.
