Cox Automotive VW Standards Form

Volkswagen Financial Services Wholesale Standard

The following document outlines the standards you should expect from a wholesale vehicle purchased from VWFS and incorporates damage that is deemed unacceptable. Any items that are highlighted and deemed within the acceptable standards will still be recorded as a note only line on the inspection report for buyer transparency.

The vehicles should be sound and well maintained with a clean interior and exterior. Any service or warranty issues will be rectified or declared on the inspection report. Any known serious accident damage will be declared as will a change of engine or odometer.

Removable items will be supplied in the key pack with the vehicle on delivery. Due to the nature of 'ex-contract' vehicles we are unable to control the return of accessories such as maps, phone kits and sat nays — even if supplied as standard. If a sale is dependent on these types of items being present, this must be checked prior to purchase.

A computer record of the services and warranty work recorded by VWG will also be shown on 1Link.
