Accredited MHE Instructor

Location: North-West Region

Earn up to £55,000 per year, depending on employment status. Both permanent, PAYE candidates and LTD Company contractors are welcome to apply.

We are recruiting for Accredited MHE Instructors to join our team in the North-West region. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver comprehensive training to MHE staff, ensuring adherence to safe working practices and providing both skill enhancement and refresher training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inductions for all manual handling equipment.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of risk assessments and safe working practices related to manual handling equipment.
• Manage the number of MHE operators on site to meet all requirements.
• Identify hazards and implement measures to control and reduce risks.
• Maintain up-to-date training documentation for team members.
• Collaborate with the onsite management team to provide feedback on training progress and future training needs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in an MHE training or instructor role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid accredited MHE qualifications.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
