HGV Class 1 Driver

Igloo are looking to recruit professional and reliable HGV Class 1 drivers for a great company based in Carlisle (CA3)

The role:

The role will entail deliveries and collection of Parcels across the UK. You will be using box trailers. On day shift you will be required to use a PPT to load and unload the trailer, on night will be straight trunking work.

What kind of person we are looking for:

To be successful you must meet the following criteria

• Full UK C+E licence for 2 or more years, due to insurance reasons
• No more the 6 Points for minor offenses
• Hold a Drivers CPC and Digi Card
• Fluent in English as communication is key
• Good Geographic knowledge of the UK
• A positive can do attitude

Rates of pay:

PAYE – Days £11         Overtime £13.75
            Nights £11        Overtime £13.75

LTD-     Days £12.50      Overtime £14.50
            Nights £13        Overtime £15
